Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Returns:
Lumaskin happily accepts returns and exchanges of unused/unopened products purchased from www.lumaskin.co.uk within 14 days for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping. Products must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature (such as Royal Mail first class recorded delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
Shipping:
It's the customers responsibility to pay for return postage, we do recommend choosing a tracked service.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lumaskin.co.uk

Defects or incorrect delivery:
If you are returning goods due to defects, an incomplete order or incorrect delivery, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) or send you a replacement with free delivery. Email us on hello@lumaskin.co.uk
