HOW TO MAKE DRY SHAMPOO USING TAPIOCA STARCH

For many of us, dry shampoo has always been a life saver, especially if your hair is very fine. If you don’t feel like washing your hair everyday, and are feeling lazy then this recipe is for you.

Reasons not to wash your hair everyday

You should never wash your hair everyday, all this does is strip the essential oils from your hair. While many try so hard to get rid of these oils, the truth is, they are wonderful for your hair. Your natural oils will make your hair healthier and shinier than most products. The thicker your hair is, the more time it takes for these oils to work their way down the strands of your hair, meaning you can go longer between washes. The combination of hot water and over washing your hair can cause the scalp to become dry which can cause dandruff.

What is Tapioca?

Tapioca is a starch extracted from the storage roots of the cassava plant, cultivation of the cassava plant, a native of Brazil also known as yucca, has spread throughout South America and Africa, while the culinary use of tapioca has become popular throughout the world.

Tapioca is a powerhouse of nutrients, so it's perfect for dry, damaged hair in need of some repair and deep nourishment. The blood circulation-boosting properties of this plant help strengthen hair at the root, which means less hair loss. The starch absorbs excess oil in your hair

Cocoa is a powerful ingredient in gastronomy, it is also a darling within the cosmetics industry and has been increasingly used in hair products. When used as an active within a product such as shampoo, conditioner and treatment cream, cocoa manages to bring out its powerful moisturizing and antioxidant properties, not to mention vitamins and minerals that together are able to make your hair even more amazing.
